Last week was Food Day offering to support our missionaries. Thank you for your cooperation.
Tatsunori became a member of IBF board. Mark Tan resigned the board at the end of last December because of his work. We thank Mark for serving on the board for several years.
On January 26th, 2014 at Hatsuishi Church, Tokyo Area Covenant Conference will be held at 2:30p.m. The main speaker will be Pastor Hajime Hori, a specialist for mental care. The theme will be “Feeling relief, joy and grief with others”. No second service at IBF in the afternoon and some will join the conference. Ask Pastor Ino for more information.
Anna will be baptized on January 26th in the first service.
We will have a praise night this Saturday at 6:00p.m.

A Bible study for men age 30 and over will be held after the first service today. Please come upstairs after the first service.（In Japanese, no English translation）

We had a great countdown party on December 31st. Each participant looked back upon the year. They received the forgiveness of Jesus for past mistakes, and started their new year with renewed faith. We thank each one for their participation.
Sheila came back to Japan on December 27th and she will stay for two weeks. Jordan and Ai’s baby boy, Asa, was born on December 23rd.We thank God for his safe arrival.

Yesterday we had “Enjoy Christmas” for children in the morning and “ Remember Christmas ”for adults at 5:00p.m. We thank those who supported these events. This Thursday, December 19th, we will have a Christmas concert at 1:45 p.ｍ. Please invite your friends and families to IBF!

Thanks for all your support and prayers. 「Delivering Project - Christmas Swag - 」 Swag-making class in Iwate was on local NHK news! Mrs.Tsubouchi had an interview for 3mins. We will be having「Omochi Project」from 26th - 28th of Dec in Iwate. Enough Mochi rice and volunteers are provided. Thank you for your prayers. We really appreciate your donation which help&encourage us to continue to support disaster area. UP staff Paula, Mari, Mifumi from IBF and other church members are going to Iwate on 25th for Omochi Project. We will send some New Year's cards(Nengajo) by Christmas. If you have some extra post cards, please let us know.
